Exodus 15: 22-27
Mara means bitter, bitterness, this was the name that the Israelites put to the oasis they found in the desert, it was basically what they had in their heart: Bitterness, they needed to see what was in their heart to be healed and be free not only physically but spiritually, after a lifetime serving in Egypt as slaves.
There are things that we need to be free from and only God can do it, but you make the decision.
From the abundance of the heart the mouth will always speak.
