SERIES: ON THE ROAD TO ETERNITY
1 Thessalonians 4:13-14 N.L.T
Saying goodbye is difficult and painful, especially when you think that you will never see that loved one again, it seems that the only thing left is to resign yourself and lose hope, but what would you think if I told you today that this is not so? That there is hope and that dying does not mean ceasing to exist?
Just as you are reading it is, to die is not to cease to exist, life does not end at death, it is only a separation from this natural body as there is still the spiritual.
When we give our lives to Christ on this earth, we will always have a living hope, that when we leave, it will not be a goodbye but a farewell, for the dead in Christ will rise at the end of time and we will be together with Him for eternity.
Perhaps there is pain today for the departure from this earth of that loved one, but I hope these words encourage you, life does not stop when you close your eyes, life goes on.
