1 John 2: 15-17 

Have you ever heard this word, placebo? 

This term is used a lot in medicine when it does not find the root of the disease that the person has, it considers that each symptom that the person has is Psychological, therefore, they give the patient a drug that seems to be the one that will cure and when the patient takes it, he begins to feel better…

The doctor knows that this medicine is actually a «piece» of material that does not contain anything, it is a placebo. 

In the same way it happens with the world, with the system, with society, we live from a placebo that the world offers us daily in order to make us believe that it is what we need to live well, we feed on a false success, a joy dependent on physical conditions and at the end of the day we realize that it was not enough and every time we want a bigger placebo … 

What are the placebos that the world offers us? 

Money and fame 

Promiscuity, sex 

Drugs 

Alcohol 

Titles 

These are some of the biggest placebos you are consuming today, it is just a hoax. 

What you really need is a new life which is only in God, in Him there are no placebos but the correct medicine that is his life itself. 

Of course, it all depends on you, on the decision you want to make today.
