SERIES: ON THE ROAD TO ETERNITY

Matthew 5:4

Blessed are those who mourn, said Jesus, that word “blessed” means blissful, happy, joyful, but what joy is there in crying?

We usually cry when we suffer or feel pain, is there something good in pain? What did Jesus mean by that expression?

Well, pain is part of life as well as suffering, we cannot cancel that out of our days or avoid it, what we can do is to see how to react to such circumstances, we can wrongly go to depression, or to guilt and disappointment as an uncertain refuge or we can go to the true refuge and comfort which is God.

Blessed is he who feels deep pain and runs into the arms of God because there he will receive true comfort.

Today you may be going through grief, an inexplicable pain, looking for answers to questions that pierce your mind, you can run and hide but the pain will still be there, do not stay living in grief forever or try to suffer it alone, run to God for you to walk hand in hand with Him, so in the true consolation you can get up again.

There is always hope and a new opportunity.

God always arrives JUST IN TIME
