SERIES: THE SEASONS OF LIFE

1 Samuel 22:1-2

Welcome to the season ADULAM where those who enter it are not the same as those who will leave it for they will be transformed with purpose.

This is one of those seasons that we would like to look at as it has great relevance in life as it is crucial and takes us through a transition to get to the specific point where God wants to take us. David arrived there fleeing from Saul and with a reputation on the floor, after being the one who brought down the giant, it seems that his days of glory were over because now he was the traitor, the one who had to die, David had become Saul’s obsession, the king because he was the one who was going to succeed him on the throne.

When there is purpose in your life you will be persecuted, insulted, the enemy will make you believe you are defeated and persuade you to «throw in the towel» but always remember that in God there is no going back, there is always going forward.

ADULAM was a cave, who would want to live in a cave? No one would, would they? Yet it was a place of training, no longer to slay giants, now the training was to be king.

There in ADULAM God will show you his wonders and guide you to victory, it is not all bad, although it seems a hard and rough place, there God will surround you with those you need for God’s purpose with you to be fulfilled.

Once you enter ADULAM you will not be the same when you leave, God is working with you, enjoy it, it is necessary, soon you will arrive at the palace but now not only to play a harp but to be king, do you understand?

God is always JUST IN TIME.
