DOMINO EFFECT

Genesis 12: 1-4 

Have you heard of the chain reaction?

It is the consequence of an act that is repeated over and over again causing damage in its wake.

This makes the so-called «domino effect» the first decision you make will produce consequences that will be replicated in the long term.

Everything we do can trigger a series of events that can continue even after we die, yet we hardly ever think about it.

When we make decisions we only think about the immediate consequences but not the long-term ones. Abram made the decision of his life to be obedient to God and leave his land, this brought great consequences (for good) being the forerunner and father of a great nation, his obedience affected the history of the world. 

• In the next decisions that you are going to make, ask God first if you should do it and think how much it will affect the history of your generations. 
• Do not get carried away by your emotions or what your eyes see when making a decision, the heart of man is deceitful. An example of this is lot which was carried away by what his eyes saw. Be careful what you are going to choose, Lot did not choose the place where his integrity and spiritual life would be protected, he was carried away by what his eyes saw…
• Do not despair when making a decision if God has not told you what to do, we make big mistakes when it is despair that drives us and not knowing how to wait on God, the fact that our time seems to be running out does not mean that the of God also, He is the owner of time. If there is a decision that requires taking it, do not rush to do it, remember that God takes his time. 

God always comes just in time
